FLO MASK CONTEST

There are a total of 5 prize packs to be won. Each prize pack contains:

  • 1 Med-High nose-bridge Flo Mask Pro main body

  • 1 top/bottom head-strap

  • 1 Flo Mask front cover (white)

  • 5 Flo Mask Everyday filters

  • 5 Flo Mask Pro filters

  • 1 cloth carrying/protective case

  • 1 foam condensation insert

  • 3 small, round Public Health is Dead stickers

The total approximate value of each prize pack is $130 USD.

Flo Mask is not in any way associated with the podcast Public Health is Dead.

Please Note: While Flo Mask has been independently tested by NIOSH in the USA and has achieved FFP2 certification in Europe, from the Flo Mask ​website​: Health Canada has not authorized these face masks for the Canadian market as a medical mask.

HOW TO ENTER?

1. Leave a review of Public Health Is Dead on your podcast listening app.
(Alternatively, if you don't listen to the podcast somewhere you can leave reviews, you can send in an email with your review and subject line "CONTEST" to publichealthisdead@gmail.com)

2. Email us a screenshot of the review on your app with the subject line "CONTEST"
(Not required if your submission is via email)

There is no purchase necessary to enter the contest. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries submitted.

Contest begins at 12:00pm PST on October 7th, 2025 and closes at 11:59pm PST October 22nd, 2025. Five (5) Winners will be randomly selected and notified on October 23rd, 2025. Prizes will be mailed by October 31st.

Eligibility

The contest is open to residents of Canada only (except Quebec) over 19 years of age. Winners must be able to provide a non-rural, non-PO Box Canadian mailing address to receive their prize.

Contest Winners will be notified via email using the email address through which they submitted their review screenshot (or emailed review). Winners will be required to sign and return a winner release within 48 hours of email notification being sent or a new winner will be drawn. A skill testing question will be required. The prize will be mailed at the expense of Public Health is Dead to the Contest Winner’s provided non-rural, non-PO Box Canadian address.

Consent to collection, use, and disclosure of personal information

By entering the contest and/or voluntarily providing their personal information, each Entrant consents and agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of the Entrant’s personal information by the podcast producer. The podcast producer will not use an Entrant’s personal information for any other reason than notification of contest results and meeting eligibility requirements, nor will the podcast producer disclose it to any additional third party. By submitting a review, Entrants consent to the use of their review’s contents for podcast promotional purposes.
